Bowdish Blacksmithing is a full service farrier business operated out of Weybridge, Vermont. I have worked for the past seven years mostly in Addison and Chittenden counties, but travel to areas beyond for some clients. My work includes basic trimming and shoeing to more elaborate therapeutic and corrective shoeing when needed. My focus is on hoof care and not custom metal work. To be a successful farrier, practice and theory must work in harmony to produce quality results. My understanding of movement, anatomy, break over, “air time”, gait timing, and conformation will help me to create beautiful, balanced feet on your horse.
